I think I found evidence corroborating that it was indeed Patrick who posted on Microsoft forums on Jan 27 - 3 days after the incident

The Jan 27 Microsoft forums question mere days after this incident occurred while Callan was still in the hospital on life support was chilling but we don’t know if it was actually him.

I think I found some corroborating evidence.

Note the command he’s asking about in the first screenshot ‘Get CimInstance’ this is a powershell command. Microsoft’s custom command line interface.

Note the subreddits he browsed before and after the incident: r/powerApps

He is seen in the second Reddit screenshot using PowerFX, Microsoft’s programming language for their business app building service.

He was often asking for help debugging in powerFX as seen on Reddit.

This Microsoft forums question is asking for help using powershell, both powershell and powerfx are under the Microsoft umbrella.

Powershell is used by developers and he wasn’t one, he was a sales executive learning to code with powerfx on the side for his side project.

His question on Microsoft forums is not one a developer would ask, he didn’t set the $computer variable that’s not a mistake a dev would make or need help with.

Lastly, he signed it off in a similar manner ‘any assistance will be much appreciated’

I know this doesn’t mean anything but just wanted to share

I think the prosecution was onto something when they theorized Lindsay’s call was coached

When Lindsay called Patrick it was after she was accused of murder and received legal counsel, even the phone she used to make the call belonged to a psychiatrist sent from her legal team.

The prosecution believe she was coached into saying what she said on the phone call with Patrick because it immediately set off alarms of ‘set up for insanity plea’ as hearing voices is a classic event that has gotten people off and I’m sure sleazy lawyers have tried to use it for their clients a lot and thus made it a common enough occurrence to grab the prosecution’s attention.

Stay with me now! I am not on the prosecution’s side!

So why would HER lawyers advise her to lie? I think it’s possible Lindsay doesn’t actually remember anything at all beyond the time her Apple Watch stopped tracking. I think Patrick, who admitted to having the medication Lindsay had discontinued stashed in his car because he ‘hadn’t gotten around to bringing it to the clinic’ was actually crushing it up and spiking her drinks. I think he gave her an extra big dose that day and waited for her to pass out. Hence multiple of the discontinued medicine appearing in her toxicology report.

I think he used her prior claims about having thoughts of harming herself and the kids, her downward mental spiral from him possibly spiking her drinks for a while now, and his solid alibi of ‘I was not there the entire time it happened’ (except for when he had to go back for a change of shoes 😆) to make her out to be the perfect culprit. So much so, even she couldn’t deny it.

I think her lawyers were well meaning, truly felt for her, and fully believe she did not harm her children knowingly. But they also knew that ‘I don’t remember’ will not fly for an insanity plea and she would end up in jail. I think they thought they were doing her a favor by asking her to make up a story about voices and have that be the first thing she ever says officially about it and never stray from it, even though she had never spoken about hearing voices before at any point during any psychiatric session before.

But if Lindsay ever admits to being coached into lying not only does she DEFINITELY go to jail but her lawyers all get disbarred. So they can’t run that back unless there is some really solid proof of foul play by Patrick otherwise she will face the death penalty

Unpopular opinion: I think what Shekinah said was dumb but I don’t think it needs to go as far as banning her from the franchise

Banning her from the franchise and overreacting to that feels more insulting to me as an immigrant than what she said lol like damn if I don’t go back to my country constantly I love it there 😆 it’s like snowbirds from NYC going to Florida for the winter, u can’t insult me by telling me to ‘go back to New York’ like that just means nothing to me I love having 2 places of residence and two passports. It’s really nice and if anything I wish Americans could experience that too.

In the case of Guillermo though and asylum seekers/refugees it’s vile and deserves all the condemnation in the world. I can understand why he got really upset because venezuela suffered severe economic collapse and he was actually seeking refuge in the DR before coming to America so to tell him to go back is the equivalent of just spitting in his face. But asylum seekers should not be confused with regular old immigrants, Thais routinely goes back to Brazil and is living the life between the two countries. She only came here cause she fell in love with an American but I don’t think you’d need to twist her arm to go and live back in Brazil like it’s not a war torn country. They all live the same way Americans do over there with corporate jobs and everything.

And I hate to defend shekinah further but Thais swung at her, with 0 physical provocation and threw glass at her. That’s way worse in my opinion, the only scenario shekinah would be as bad is if she said that to Guillermo or a refugee. Immigrants who just came here for better opportunity or marriage, sorry we are not some protected class.
