Does anyone know about conserving/restoring vinyl posters?

I got this poster in Paris from a worker who had installed it incorrectly. There is adhesive on the back, and the front has pretty severe creases in it. A few minutes with a heat gun helped a little, but the creases are still pretty bad. Does anyone know who does restoration of vinyl? The poster is about 2 meters tall by 1.2 m wide.

1950's question: Who was the DJ who lived on Felix?

Ok. Odd request, but I think you are the ones who would know. My dad (recently deceased, so I can't ask him) used to talk about parties Elvis attended at a radio personality's home on Felix Ave (dad lived one street over). Does anyone know who this might have been? Possibilities may include Dewey Phillips, Wink Martindale, or George Klein. I know the address, but I don't want to bring any unwanted popularity on anyone.
