Not a tobacco issue but wanted to show off this beauty from the hockey world, widely considered to have been issued by William Patterson Confectionary (cataloged as V145-2). The V145 -1 were issued a year earlier and had wider borders.

Tough, low pop card at the tail end of his illustrious career. He would pass away within two years of the release due to tuberculosis and the Vezina trophy for best goalie each year started in 1927.

NFS/NFT Super excited to get this back from PSA today. Love the image on this card and the potential upside it still has, especially for the harder to find 1935 Edwards, Ringer & Bigg version.

There are still great finds out there. This small collection came from an original owners family on a farm in Ontario. What have you come across unexpectedly??
