Prices below. Offers are welcome. PayPal and Venmo accepted. I’ll cover shipping/insurance. Please add 3% for GS. Will consider trades for graded Mantle, Mays, Clemente, Koufax, or any of the players featured in the posters.

Reach out with questions. Thanks!

Slowly turning my wall into a baseball card history museum.

Been slowly turning my wall into a tiny cardboard museum — starting with iconic vintage and leading into a few hobby-defining modern cards.

Im going to send the bottom row to be graded soon, will look even sicker with those slabbed up.

I finally got a good photo with the glare under control. I figured the vintage sub would appreciate this project.

STICKERS!!!

Eye Appeal Inc now offers stickers for your slabs. So just so I’m clear, I can have my card graded by PSA and/or SGC and they will give me a grade to let me know how nice my card is. However, they can’t be trusted so I can have Fanatics Collect give me a second opinion and get a PWCC sticker of A, E or S so I really know my card is good. Hmmm but that’s not enough because that’s only two people’s opinions so I can take my graded card with the PWCC sticker on the back and send it to Mike Baker and get a gold or silver diamond on the front to let me know that the OG grader thinks my card is good. Ahhhh but those are all just single grader opinions, I should then send my graded card with the PWCC sticker on the back and gold diamond on the front to Eye Appeal Inc and get a review by alleged experts and get their sticker on the back too so I really know my card is good.

Whew….thank god I have all these great companies willing to take my money to let me know my card is good because simply looking at the card myself is so much work.

First member to post a slab with all three stickers wins!!! GO!!

53T Jackie or 54T Ernie Banks

I’m currently debating between the 53 topps Jackie Robinson, and the 54 Topps Ernie Banks.

I can only afford one.

If they were same price, same condition, same grade; which would you choose and why?

Thanks for any insight!

Mail day - SGC results

Mail day share. I sent these off to SGC back in early Feb. Overall, the grades landed pretty much as expected. The 4 on the 52 Minoso was a nice surprise, I pegged it at a 2 or 3.

But the cards definitely look good in the SGC tux!

Help Finishing 1976 Topps Set

Good morning! I need about 30-40 cards in ~EX to complete my set and would like to do so in as few transactions as possible. If you have singles to spare from that set, I can send you the list of what I need.

Happy to buy, but if there are sets you’re building, I have a good amount of commons from the 60s and early 70s for trade. Just let me know!

New Pickup! Guess the Grade?

Newest pick up from the Dallas Card Show! Been wanting and looking for a deal on this card for a long long time. George Brett is my dad’s favorite player. When I was a kid we went through some hard times as a family and I remember my dad parted with his baseball card collection to help pay the bills. I know he sold several Brett rookies in that collection.

An early Father’s Day present to to him and hopefully nudging him to get back into collecting with me again!

Guess the grade??? Leave a comment below before clicking the spoiler! Also let me know that one card you have on your watchlist/on the lookout for!

Answer: >!it graded a 4!<

Today’s work buddy

Low grade, high number Jim Palmer I’m sending out to get signed later this week. He doesn’t have many Topps cards without bad shadows or him looking incredibly sunburned. 🙂

Can someone tell me what I am missing??

Not looking to sell this card as it is a part of my complete set that I have, but I have never come to find what is exactly wrong with this card and why I did not get a number grade. There’s no evidence of trimming as it measures exactly as the same size as other 1953 Bowman cards and even with a magnifying glass, I cannot see any erase marks on the front or back… what am I missing here?
I am tempted to eventually crack this case and maybe send it off to PSA to see if it gets an actual grade but on the other hand, I don’t want it to come back as altered or not grade and it not being in a case

Lou Brock 3000 Hit Ticket (1979)

Just added another milestone ticket to the collection — this one from August 13, 1979, when Lou Brock recorded his 3,000th hit against the Cubs at Busch Memorial Stadium.

Brock became just the 14th player in MLB history to reach the milestone. Hope you enjoy!
