Cat spay/neuter vet clinics?
I have a few feral that I feed but they keep multiplying so I want to get them fixed so I Googled TNR (Trap Neuter Release) programs just for them to tell me it's $700+ each.

Skip Bayless was a San Antonio Spurs fans for decades... until we went into rebuild mode after our Big 3 retired and then he jumped on Thunder's bandwagon. He started downplaying Wemby and our team, on the latest show he snobbishly states, "They better get body bags ready when they go to OKC to face the Thuders."
Once a Spurs fan, always a Spurs fan! I hate wishy-washy people, especially when they are sports media peraonalities

Best and safest way to remove paint from inside transformer for bonding?
I was using metal brush on a drill and a grinding wheel, which worked even better but it was creating a lot of dust all over my face and glasses. I brought a small mask but I was thinking it'd be a lot easier and safer if maybe I can use a paint thinner. These lugs I got to bond on the shell are like 6 hit lugs so some are like 5"x3" wide areas. If not a paint thinner, what grit sandpaper or pad should I get so it is more controlled and less dust in the air?
