this was a traditional italian restaurant in florence. the waiter told us this was the normal way they cook pasta, but the texture was really off and i could taste the raw flour in the dish – is this normal? nowhere else I ate in italy was like this
hi! a few years ago when i was in junior college i stumbled across several posts here about the musical theatre scene, and was quite discouraged to find that the main collegiate groups in singapore were either traditional plays only (nusstage, ntu epiphany, smu stageit), or closed off to halls and residences (most notably raffles hall music productions)
i really love musicals (favs: cabaret & hadestown) and some of my best friends were having the time of their lives in the UK, where every uni has a majorrrr musical theatre group, and one thing led to another and~
i'm happy to announce that me alongside a few amazing friends have started NUS Musical Theatre earlier in 2026, currently an informal group entirely student-ran and administratively supported by the university!
we're currently preparing for our second major (ORIGINALLY WRITTEN & COMPOSED!) production on 1 november 2026 @ ync hall, and recruitment for performers will be opening to everyone – especially incoming first years! – soon, at the start of august!
we can't officially be at the student life fair, but you might see our members running around with signs encouraging you to join us!

Hey all, curious to hear thoughts. Currently have:
- E2S1 Castorice
- E2S1 Cyrene
- E0S1 Hyacine
- E0S0 Tribbie, SW999, Yao Guang, Archer, Sparkle, DHPT, Robin, and some other 5*s which have sadly grown out of relevance
I'm looking to build 3 teams for endgame content, and my current teams are (i) Castorice, Cyrene, Tribbie, Hyacine, and (ii) SW999, Yao Guang, Elation MC, and DHPT. I don't have a viable third team at the moment.
It seems I have three options – pull for Evernight to improve my monorem team (and thus free up Tribbie, but unsure what to use them for); save for a stronger Elation character to help that team; or try to pull for Rin to build an Archer/Rin/Sparkle team.
Any advice is appreciated!
