Products for severe KP that resists nearly every product?

Here's a list of what I've tried. None of them have worked.

The Ordinary Glycolic Acid

CeraVe SA cream

Gold Bond Rough & Bumpy

Cetaphil Urea Cream

Amlactin

KP eraser scrub

Please help. I'm at a loss here. My arms are covered in them and feels like scales, they are like ingrown hairs.
