Market ovetsaturation?

Scheduled to start the program next month, but concerned with all the talk of market oversaturation, lack of meaningful jobs for new grads, and declining pay. Im from SoCal where there are lots of NPs. I knew fnp market was saturated but not pmhnp, at least not this bad. I heard others remained to be an RN even after getting their NP license.

Any new grads out there having issues finding work as a new grad? What options did you have? Did you take a massive paycut or how would you compare your rn pay vs np? Thoughts and advice appreciated.

CMS clasp

So we all know the clasp is the main issue with the watch... difficult to open, messes up your nails, etc.

I may have found the culprit for this, which is the locking/protruding metals on the folding clasp. So i grabbed a thin steel nail file and started filing them. I did it little by little until the clasp is soft/easy enough to open. Now i know it's not for everybody since it can scratch around the protruding metal, but it really solved the stiffness of the clasp. Now i can either use one finger or pull the clasp from both ends to easily open it.

Sharing my current collection... oldest watch is the 1995 rolex airking which i got b-new when i was 13... this 31+ yr old watch is still running like a horse.

Hoping to eventually add my grail: VC 4520 blue dial. Also looking at the rhodium yachtmaster; previosuly sold my TT yachtmaster to fund the the rhodium, and ive been on the waitlist for 4 yrs. Probably my fault since i dont follow up with the AD. Lol.

Thoughts, comments, or suggestions are appreciated.
