Weird flickering

you cant really see it here but it starts flickering like that constantly when im in a menu

the only mini game this effects is monkey watch and I havent got past that game yet so maybe it effects more?

im very confused since when I screen record it seems to go away any tips?

I had a drean they made "real life squid game" where they would dump all the losing players in a frozen tundra and make them take a 24 hour walk to the airport that would take them home as a legal way to kill them

I remember i lost during red light green light and me and all the other contestants where just thrown out of building, while I was walking to the airport most of the contestants died in the cold but I survived and tried to sue but couldn't

Is there anything I could do about this at all??

I am 17 and my main account is have had to for years falsely flagged me as 13-15. Im not giving my government id to any company and I dont know how to play any of the smaller games I enjoy, I've spent so much money on roblox and now I cant even play games without 100 high spending users or whatever.

From all the time I've been on this platform I've only seen it get MORE unsafe as these new features that limit everything are implemented
