Should I be worried about this noise my fan is making?

My fan/pc has always made noises in general but I dismissed them because my PC is cheap and a prebuilt, but today I decided to clean it with an electronic duster and got scared when I heard this noise, it was unlike any I’d heard before. Is it something I should be worried about?

Audio from anything links to microphone?

This has been happening for a long time, I use Windows 11 and for some reason the microphone on my headphones will pick up audio from my games or any audio on my PC and output it, but it isn't just normal echoing from my headset, even if I fully take out the mic from my headset and mute my mic it outputs audio from my PC. It's hard to explain, but if anyone has any idea how to fix it or what's going on, please tell me. I also understand if this post made no sense.
