Anyone know the backstory on why the season 11 episode "Standoff" has a fake name credited as its writer?

The name P.K. Todd is clearly a pseudonym. There is nothing on the internet that indicates that this person did anything in life except write this episode. That just doesn't happen. The previous season there was a character with this name (a writer) in the episode "Panic". I haven't watched Standoff in a while but my recollection is it was a pretty decent episode. It wouldn't seem to be something that everybody would run away from and nobody would want to take credit for. But there must have been some dispute about something. Whatever it was it apparently has been kept a secret since there's nothing anywhere on the internet that provides any clues about this.

Why the hell is it so easy for your phone to accidentally dial 911?

My Android phone has somehow dialed 911 by itself 18 times since the beginning of March. Has anyone else had this experience this often? It is really getting annoying. Supposedly this happens when you press the side button 5 times. But while I do often have my hands in my pockets and I guess this could happen at times there also were instances where there was no way this occurred. Just now (and once earlier, by the way), my phone dialed 911 when I was carrying groceries from the grocery store and both of my hands were holding grocery bags and not in my pocket.

Apparently around a year or so ago they elimanated the function where you can turn off the side button emergency call function. There's still a way in the settings, supposedly, to change the number it dials from 911 to something else and it was suggested somewhere that this could be a way to solve the issue. But months ago I changed that number to my area code and it still makes the emergency calls. So either it's still dialing 911 or something else is causing all these calls. Does anybody have any idea how to get this to stop? And whose brilliant idea was it to stop allowing the function to be turned off? It no doubt causes a lot of resources to be drained with 911 operators having to deal with so many non-directed calls. I can't really think of a scenario where someone in an emergency wouldn't be able to dial 911 in the usual way where they would with this shortcut.
