RW and RO commands
I really like how the piKVM keeps the OS write protected unless the user uses RW. Where can I find the source or command for that so something I am building can use it.

What mod gives this white tank?
I am coming back to the game after about half a year and I am finding parts missing for some reason. Sadly the save files do not include what mod a part is from. I am looking for what mod provides this white, box like tank with round, I think 1.25m ends. This image is from the ship thumbnail and so the best I got. In the save file the part name is ResourceTankL, which KerbalX says comes from Configurable Containers, which I have installed, and I cannot find in game or via infile search in the mod folder.
Unrelated: in the tags for post, what does [O], [GM], [D], and [P] mean? I don't see anything in the rules that would explain that.
