4 weeks smoke free. Proud of myself.

As the title says. I used nicotine gum for a few days after quitting to smoke. Then switched to regular gum and then off the gum.

Have had nicotine gum a couple of time since pre emptively when i thought circumstances might push me in the direction of a cig.

Have had many failed attempts etc.

I read amy johnsons little book of big change and some other similar stuff this past month and half during this process..

General takeaway if anyone cares is that we have a treasure of wellness right within us that we can allow ourselves to naturally tap into. This can make letting go of cigs amongst many other things in life organic and natural.

Hope loads of wellness and joy to all you mother fuckers.

Newbie here : Keep losing my Archers to Man-at-Arms

I picked up the game as my first RTS experience. After watching some beginner videos on macro, etc. I decided to go for Silver in all art of war campaigns before getting into BOs etc.

I am on Land battles, learning counters to different units. watching youtubers sail through the quest for gold to learn.

I am able to defeat all other units using their counters and choosing stance and formations required.

With archers, I am trying hit and run, and mountain advantage, but man at arms just chase me and kill me. I have also tries using hold stance and using stop key to avoid right click micro and just shoot the nearest unit by default. I am continuosly being chased and killed.

Help here would be helpful, thanks!!
