I had a dispute where the merchant gave me the refund and Cash App still denied the claim so they won’t process the refund. This is just a reminder to all Cash App is like using cash, if you are buying things that you may want to return or need protection you will not get that through Cash App. I’m thinking about making a video on this and we are going to explain alternatives for purchases you possibly need to dispute, any thoughts?
I've seen a lot of posts from people saying the EDD system is down, they're stuck, or they can't figure out how to get help.
I actually went to an EDD office on Friday, so I wanted to share the most up-to-date information I have. I made a YouTube video walking through how to get seen in person, what to expect, and a few things that may save you time.

I finally got this email:

After YEARS of being stuck.
I’ve been dealing with an SBA COVID EIDL compliance issue since 2023.
What made it worse:
Part of the application activity tied to my account was identity theft
I was already cleared by SBA’s identity theft department in 2024
But the Servicing Center kept ignoring that and asking for the same documents over and over
For over a year, I kept getting:
“No timeline”
“We’ll review it”
“Send documents again”
No actual resolution.
