I have two Be My Guest Certificates, wash good for one night in a standard room at any Hilton. It says no restrictions, but... ANyone ever use these? Do I book with them, or just show up and hope they get accepted?

Hi, Got a notice that there is a new option to eat at the Pageant of Masters. Instead of Terra, it's a pop-up called Courtside Kitchen. Anyone know who runs it? Thanks
