Long story short, I have some extra money and I want to pay off my brother’s credit card debt as a gift because I know he’s struggling and well..I am not. It’s around 20k, am I able to just do that using the bill payment feature online? Will the funds be held or will issues come up because it’s not my credit card I’m paying? If so, what’s the best alternate way to do this?

Looking to grab seats where I circled and take my son with me. Can anyone tell me how the view is to the ring when you’re right by the ramp? Would an 8year old be able to see the ring unobstructed if they were to sit right by the ramp?
