I may not actually be able to get a lawyer at all and may just be sol but figured I’d try asking. I’m based in upstate ny and need help with my appeal but cannot afford a flat fee or hourly. I also honestly don’t know for sure how much in back pay or what my pay would be for LTD but I need an affordable lawyer if anyone can help. My policy does not include an attorney. Thanks.
I’ve had kind of a busy week and due to some adrenaline issues I’m now crashing because my body used up the adrenaline I had. I mostly just feel tired but my right leg specially is retaining fluid and my knee hurts and I can feel the liquid swooshing around in it (I’m crazy) and I just can’t make it go down. It started just now because I just took a vitamin D supplement (5000 ui) with a women’s multivitamin in hopes it would kick my body a little to feel better. I usually don’t take supplements at all unless I feel like I really need them. I don’t have magnesium or k12 on hand unfortunately.
