So good! I can’t stop snacking on this. And I’m not much of a cheese person, unless it’s melted.

I bought a Big Berkey ~30 years ago, and it has served me well. Now it is time for a replacement. I’m looking for recommendations for something comparable, or maybe better-I imagine technology has come a long way in 30 years. What I like about the Berkey:

1.) Countertop

2.) Gravity feed (no electricity)

3.) Filters spring and well water.

Any suggestions?

I want to thank Google for f’ing up Keep. I got tired of waiting for Google to fix it with an update, but after 3 weeks I started playing around with Apple Notes. I can’t believe this app has been on my phone for years, and I never really used it. I like it way better than Keep. I love the way I can nest folders with folder.
