This is the second order in the span of a month where I’ve received a different candle than one I ordered - but only one, the rest of the order is correct. Do they do this when a candle sells out? Seems so random. Today I received the super sweet My Melody candle, when the rest of my order is all smoky/woody Fall scents.

Also, I do not recommend Fall Memories (new plaid candle) - it smells like nothing. So much so that I’m wondering if they forgot to add in the scent

Letting others know, since this was news to me.
New updates to 4/6 proclamation, includes 9903.82.01 covering articles of derivative steel, aluminum, copper which do NOT contain any of these metals.
9903.82.03 still in effect AFAIK, when less than 15% by weight. Both 0% duty. 99038201 is retroactive to 4/6.
