Hallo Iedereen!

So I’m British and Belgian and have been speaking Flemish all my life as a second language however I have never lived here. My family is here so I try to visit twice a year if I can.

Anyways I want to find ways to keep on top of my Flemish while I’m back at home and I listen to a lot of podcasts. Does anyone have any Flemish podcasts recommendations?

I enjoy history, science, current affairs and comedy but have only really been able to find podcasts through the more traditional-media channels so preferably something a bit more casual.

First of all, I’m happy to admit I’m very much still a noob at Civ so any and all info/advice is very much welcome!

Yesterday I started a new game on King difficulty and quickly had war declared against me by France. They had my capital up against the ropes - one more attack would have taken me out but then France wanted peace. This exact same scenario happened again 50 turns or so later. Again, one hit away from losing my capital before negotiating peace.

Is this something that’s common with the difficulty level? Just seems strange that they could have easily wiped me out twice but decided not to at the last second.
