Dealer help after tool box purchase

Dealer help after tool box purchase

So I purchased this Mr. Big last year, been an awesome box.
After I purchased it, the dealer abandoned our route. We now haven’t seen a snap on truck in about 8 months, and we have a pile of stuff to warranty. Gone through all the normal methods, called snap on a LOT. Between my brother and I, and our other techs, we’ve probably called snap on 60-80 times. They don’t help much on the corp. side of things.
So my question is, are there any snap on higher ups in here that can help us? There’s dealers all over in the surrounding areas, but they’re all scared to come into our area. Totally understandable, but we just need a tool truck to come even once a month…
I appreciate anyone’s help or advice. Thanks!

2 year Overlander review

35m, Mechanic. Work on concrete floors 40-60 hours a week.

The Overlanders are holding up super well. Better than any work boot I’ve owned before. They get more and more comfortable everyday.

They’re not super waterproof, and they’re not insulated at all. To the point that I can’t wear them in the winter at all, and I picked up a set of Blaklader boots to use as winter boots.

I KNEW before I purchased the Overlanders that they’re not insulated, but I didn’t realize how little temp protection they offer.

All that being said, they’re my favorite warm weather boots I’ve ever owned. By a long shot.

The heels have held up amazingly well. For comparison, before I bought these I had been through 4 sets of Thorogoods, averaging about 10-14 months before the heels were worn so badly they changed the way I stepped and would hurt my knees. So 2 years on these is pretty impressive.

Financially, I’d say these end up being cheaper than Thorogoods because of the longevity of the whole boot. $280 for 10-14 months out of Thorogoods, or $600ish for a boot that still has lots of life left with 24 months of wear on it. I think I’ll realistically send these for a rebuild in the next 12 months.

8/10 definitely recommended as a warm weather boot
