Asking for your hard earn money is now an ego issue for HRs

Just yesterday heard a funny yet concerning incident that happened in a publication which is an International publication establised in India few months back. An employee was fired because that employee asked in a bit strict voice about her salary after several follow ups and after delay of good 10days. The HR apparently got offended with the way she asked for her money so she was fired on the spot.

This comedown to an question that now employees have to also fear of HR ego issues while they already have to worry on internal politics
Also If Salary isn't given on time why is work expected to be delivered on time?
Where is the ethics or is there any ethics?

Is he ignoring Kriti after doing a paid campaign against her?

Shahid recently did an AMA and when asked on ally he simply ignore it and started talking about Diya aka Rashmika. The funny part is Kriti and Shahid has given a hit in past and now such behaviour from him shows some kind of jealously issue as Kriti is getting more attention then him..

Well i agree that her Hindi accent is not great but Wasn’t Rashmika playing a Hyderabadi in the film? So isn’t the accent justified?

Cocktail has released, and while Rashmika gets the south pull for the film she is been pulled up for her Hindi accent. While I agree that by now her Hindi should have been smooth going but just talking about the film, She plays. Hyderabadi girl so her accent is very much appropriate and there is no need to pull her up just for fun..

Ucha Lamba Kad Forever is just a way to show Akshay at 60is kickass but Katrina who became a mom recently was easily replaceble with Disha. But Katrina was X factor, while Disha idk what she is adding.

Why was the need to remix one if the nicest song?
And even this remix is half empty with out Katrina.
Disha is just a showpiece for the song 🥱🤢
