It was chicken thigh, and the sauce wasn't too sweet, which was very surprising. The beans were actually pretty good 👍

This is a "sub acute" unit. So not as "hospital" as a generic psych ward. There's total 40 beds. On site kitchen, served individually when you enter the dining room,

I use a little mix of magazine cuttings, stickers, paper punches, new papers, stuff cut out of old/ badly damaged books rescued from the opshop/thrift stores, and junk including tissue boxes (the lil dog on the balloons), coffee bean packaging, plastic packaging (the scrap jar), packaging from online orders, pages of a damaged book that i painted over,
