Pulling sensation right ovary

Hi all - I guess today I hit my last straw and here I am, seeking support and reassurance. I'm 33 years old and for a couple months now, I've noticed a weird feeling in my pelvis, right around my Right ovary area. It comes and goes, it's not always there. It flares up once or twice a day - not even everyday. It' not real pain - it's not sharp, nor acute. It's like a dull ache that ends up feeling like something's pulling deep inside, in that precise spot.
Docs I've seen say it's IBS-related, gas or colon spasms, but I'm really starting to doubt it. I do suffer from IBS flares every once in a while, but I haven't had any changes in my bowel movements - faeces look fine, good shape and all. It really feels like it's located on my ovary, rather than guts.

Thing is... I'm currently 7 days away from relocating internationally. It's a big moment in my life and I've been going through quite a rough and stressful time. I also *do* suffer from severe Health Anxiety, for which I'm in therapy for, which leads me - sadly - to being easily dismissed quite often.

I guess I'm just here seeking reassurance, trying to prove myself that I'm not gonna drop dead anytime soon or that it's not the big C word.

I don't have a history of endo or suspected endo. I do have a bit of PCOS but my cycles have always been very regular and not even that painful at all. Not even a lot of bleeding either. I've had my last yearly ultrasound checkup last September and it was all good - dont have a history of cysts or fibromas, anything at all. Never been pregnant, but I might wanna start trying next year or so.

I know it's impossible to diagnose something through an internet post and I do intend to seek further medical investigation as soon as I'm in my new city (Dublin, Ireland btw), but... it's just a really rough evening and I need to vent- sorry.

Tips for first time buyer

Hi all! I’m an EU citizen looking to buy my first second-hand car here in Ireland, and I could really use some advice.
I’ve heard that Japanese imports can be a bit of a nightmare because of the higher theft risk, so I’m wondering what you’d recommend instead. I’m pretty clueless when it comes to cars (think your average dumb blonde sister who can barely tell one car brand from another 😂) so I’m looking for something reliable and relatively hassle-free.
My total budget is around €10–11k, including insurance. I know the first-year insurance is probably going to absolutely murder me (I’m expecting something like €2,500 until I build up a no-claims history 😭), so ideally I’d like to spend around €8–9k on the actual car.
Also, I only drive automatic, so it needs to be an automatic.

What makes/models would you recommend for that kind of budget? And are there any particular things I should absolutely avoid as a first-time buyer here?
Thanks! 🙏

Can we please get an “After the Dance” bookmark one day?

First off: thank you for everything you guys do. CK3AGOT has honestly become one of my favourite ways to experience ASOIAF, and every update somehow manages to suck me back in for another hundred hours.

That said… I have one request that’s been living rent-free in my head for ages.

I’d absolutely love to see a bookmark set during Aegon III’s regency, right after the Dance.

I genuinely think it’s one of the richest periods in the entire Targaryen timeline for CK3 gameplay.

You’ve got:
-a child king on the throne.
competing regents and Hands all trying to control the realm.
-the aftermath of a devastating civil war.
great houses rebuilding, settling old scores, and scrambling for influence.
-dragons all but gone, meaning politics suddenly matter more than dragonfire.
-Unwin Peake being… well, Unwin Peake.
-the Lysene Spring looming in the future.
-Viserys returning from Lys.

so many opportunities for alternate history.
It’s one of those eras where almost every major lord has reasons to scheme, and that’s basically CK3 at its best.

And while I’m making wishes…
I’d also love a bookmark for Daeron I’s coronation, before the Conquest of Dorne kicks off.

The Young Dragon taking the throne at fourteen is such a fun “what if?” starting point.
Do you invade Dorne? Do you marry first? Do you consolidate the realm? Can you avoid his historical fate altogether?

I know bookmarks are a huge amount of work and I’m definitely not saying “just add them” like they’re easy. I was mostly curious whether these periods have ever been considered, because they seem packed with interesting gameplay compared to some of the later, more stable reigns.
Anyone else hoping for these? Or are there other start dates you’d love to see?
