Just noticed in the HBO mad men when Don drives away from the Barbizon hotel it doesn’t have his voice over. Any one else notice that? What was that voice over as well?

And there is a master tab or drink tickets, bring cash. Many golf courses have it where those master tabs or drink tickets, the cart girl sees no gratuity or a very small part shared with the whole food and Bev department. While she’s the one sitting in the sun. Driving around as fast as she can. Making sure to keep what you’re drinking stocked and available for you. Especially when you’re grabbing $30 worth of product a simple dollar tip is much appreciated as opposed to just walking away and driving off in your cart.
