AIO Cooling unit doesn’t work on brand new computer, just overheats & shuts off. #cpsupport

Just got one of these off of Amazon and right out of the box it has a critical failing component. I wanted to check here as a last resort before returning it. Out of the box the liquid cooling unit does not properly function. The fans turn on, but nothing is cooling the CPU. Within minutes of turning on the PC it overheats and shuts itself off. I went into the BIOS and can confirm. From the moment it starts up it goes up a degree per second until it hits around 95c-105c and just turns off. This thing is brand new. I’ve tried every connection point, every little possible thing. I tried calling support and received shoulders, the guy sounded like he barely knew how the computer worked and just told me there was nothing that could be done besides sending it in for them to fix or returning on Amazon. I’m livid and just trying to find a different solution. Has anyone else encountered this? I can provide any and all information and will be monitoring this post. I guess I’m just trying to exhaust all options before I pack this thing up and send it back.

G5 Laptop won’t turn on properly, powers on but no screen (more details in description)

Forgive the crumbs, but this is my very well used 2019 G5 that’s been having some problems lately. For the longest time when I booted it, it would show me a screen and an alarm saying a component was failing - the video fan. This has been going on for years, usually bypassing the screen allowed me to boot normally with no issues. Recently the computer will turn on, the fans will turn on, all the lights, etc, but the screen doesn’t do anything. I took the thing apart and after cleaning the dust out of the ducts and replacing the thermal paste (my own mistake there lol) it’s still having the same problem. I can get it to boot but it takes usually around 4 hours of random turning it off and on. Just trying to figure out what I can do. I booted it holding the D key and the screen itself is fine. The battery light on the left side is white. Any ideas?

The aforementioned error screen I get on usual startup is a dead end, which is why I have usually ignored it. The QR code and the error code do absolutely nothing when input into their help site.

Thank you to anyone who read all this and can potentially help me out! I’m happy to answer any questions.

The Dutchman’s and the Convenience Store

I was researching for a theory of mine and came across where the Dutchman’s and the Convenience Store are two separate things. I just wanted to make sure I had everything straight in my brain.

My understanding is:

The Dutchman’s and the room they all hang out in FWWM are both located above the Convenience Store, which is essentially a physically manifested doorway to the Black Lodge world. That world consists of things like the hallway from Laura’s painting, the red room, the Dutchman’s etc - all tied together by some expansive darkness.

Am I correct?
