Problems with high bs

Hi all

My daughter just went from medtronic 780 to x2 with dexcom g7. We more or less copied settings, but now comes the time where we have to adjust. Im not through the manual yet, but control IQ and medtronics smart quard doesnt work the same apparently, so some things will need to be adjusted. We do have an apointment with our "healthcare" ( not sure what its called in english...the hospital?)

She gets high bs after dinner and for now, compared to the medtronic, i have to give a lot of corrections to get it down. More then i would have given with med. So, tandem doesnt seem to be to aggressive when shes high, compared. So either shes getting to little insulin ( still same amount as we would have given before), soxthat shouldnt be the isse i think, mødet maybe a solution to give more, second is the sensitivity.....so lowering that would also give her more but these are same settings as before.....then rhe basal.... im not sure where to start, but i would start with changing the carb ratio, see how it goes for some days, then if not working, look at the sensitivity. Not to sure with basal, i think thsts to early.

Again, we only had it for 3 days, and we have an apoinment 2 days, following up on the settings, but in the meantime i would still try changing the ratio. And just to let you know, she has id forn8 years and we did adjust to 780 ourselfs. I wont do any drastic changes to the settings before speaking with healthcare pros.

Have any of you done same switch or have any ideas what should or could be changed?

Hi Guys

I need some advice. My oldest daughter age 19,5 never paid for snything at home. Shes been working now for almost a year and savede up quite a lot.

Shes been saving for a trip which is fully support but she does earn from a full time job so shes getting paid quite ok.

Today we talked about phone Bills, and I said i think you need to start paying you own soon. We got in a big argument because she doesnt think its fair, etc. Saying a lot of hurtfull stuff. My issue is, she orders delivery (food) a coulple of times a month, buys random stuff etc. Pays absolutely nothing, and i dont mind she spends her money on whatever, I just think its fair she start paying her phone bill. Same price if not cheaper, as a food order. She says she then have even less to save up, i tell her, order one less thing then it adds up

Im i unfair?? Mynwife is unfortunately not picking sides, which is would have wished.

Let me knowntour thoughts. She is moving out when she gets homenfrom the vacation. Around march maybe (been planned).
