Can anyone recommend a strong harness that won't unclip? Story time with the handsome Milo (MEE•low) incoming

So this sexy beast has been a happy handful to train (rescue puppy who we believe was abused and has been rehomed at least once before we got him). He's a year and a few months old now and he's a good boy but he's still running old firmware so he has the occasional software bug lol. He came out just like his daddy, me. Anyway, I just went to take him out for his nighttime walk and after he went and did his poopies I went to pick it up and something in the wooded area behind my community startled him and he made a bee line for it. The only problem is one of the buckles on his harness came undone as he took off. He went right for the wooded area and it was the scariest 5 minutes of my life. He eventually came back but I can't trust this harness anymore. He knows daddy was scared and is calm here at home. Can any of you wonderful doggie parents recommend a strong harness with secure buckles? Thanks in advance.
