rude coworkers.
so i’m a relatively new cna to my job. it’s a hospital job on medsurg at a very small hospital. i’ve always worked ltc but hated how toxic and draining management is. this hospital is know for being a great place to work so i applied and was really happy to get the job. before i started i was warned to stay clear of another cna because she’s rude and a lot of people have quit because they just can’t stand it. today she assumed that i was in the office talking to my boss about her after she made corrected my outfit. i was talking to my boss about trading to a different shift at the end of my shift. she then proceeded to say ‘i see the type of person you really are’. the conversation i had with my boss had nothing to do with her i asked her to repeat what she had just said and she just walked away. what would anyone else do in this situation. i’ve loved the job so far and don’t want issues. i reported it to my boss because i don’t want any hostility in the workplace. what she corrected i seen another cna wearing the exact same thing a little over a week ago and my boss said it wasn’t an issue.
