Recommendation request: residential construction attorney who actually returns calls.
I've been screwed six ways to Sunday on a pool refurbish, my property was destroyed by [this guy](https://wnyt.com/top-stories/schenectady-contractor-arrested-for-alleged-fraud/) whos now in jail, the pool company went under, contract got sold, new company isnt honoring it, repairs now will way exceeded initial cost, and i have no idea who to turn to. HJSM recommended someone to me, but he never returns my calls. I know my case is a long shot to recover much, but I cant even seem to get an attorney to sit down and tell me what my options are or how to proceed.
