I was growing up when S&M came out and No Leaf Clover has been my favorite Metallica track since it was being played on the radio. I also play my Thunderbird bass, so I combined the two. It’s held up pretty good for the last 12ish years.
Got a Vortex Strikefire for my M1A. I have the Springfield scope mount so there’s a gap in the middle of the rail. Can’t decide if I want it in front or behind the action. Behind gives me more of a view through the sight, while forward gives me more peripherals. What do you guys think?

First time with just the mustache. This is about 6 weeks of growth. I’m going to let it grow out some more as my top hairs don’t reach the bottom yet. Just started messing with some wax to keep some of the stragglers from poking straight out or up. If I want that classic chevron look should I shave some of the sides off?
