I just got a Roland J6 Chord synthesizer and was trying to connect it the the Microfreak, but can't get it to work. I've got the White type B adapter that came with the MF, plugged into an A to 3.5 mm adapter in the Midi out on the J6. Nothing happens.
I tried plugging it into my computer, MIDI-OX sees it, lets me assign it, but receives no inputs. Tried a variety of settings with the MF too.
What's the downside of making incremental bets in almost guaranteed win situations? Coinbase lets you make predictions late into events, and of course you'll make way less. What's the downside of just using those and making incremental increases? Like late into an event when a win is like a 30% increase instead of a long. I know when the odds get too lopsided you can't even purchase a contract beacuse no one wants the other side.
I know nothing is guaranteed and I'm not trying to use a paycheck to do this, I'm just wondering how this all works really, especially the taxable part. I saw it is noted as assets and the 60/40 rule is used. I don't do my own taxes I pay someone good, so I can pass the form from coinbase on to them.
