EA is being useless and I need your help.

Preface: I am writing this after the original draft of this post has been lost to the abyss that is Reddits shit mobile app and kinda calming down a little 🤏 bit.
Is this a common issue or have I been screwed by step-bro EA? So I have bought the worlds bundle as well as fast lane stuff (I want more cars), the first world Monte Vista redeemed with no problem but hidden springs kept saying it was redeemed which is a lie because I just bought it so I reached out to EA support and they were as useful as I was at fixing this not at all. I am about at my wits end wits end as now I have to deal with Reddit being broken as well as EA’s Shitty websites.
