One of our beagles is going on 5 and he always seem to have anxiety when it storms. It started slow with slight anxiety during thunderstorms fast forward today well now his anxiety makes him shakes during a simple downpour . He will immediately run into the bedroom and get on my side on the pillow and try to tuck away so my head is on him and I’m not even sure if it helps cause the shaking will not subside til the storm event has completely pass. Notes:
Our other beagle is 2 and he has no care in the world thought maybe all of us being together would maybe help but doesn’t help the 5 year old.
We tried a “thunder or anxiety” shirt this does not help he will not move and seem to increase his anxiety levels .
Any advice out there to maybe calm him a little Any help appreciated.

Got side swipe last month . Driver backed into me as I was pulling into a stall for gas.
$4000 in damages. Glad to have to her back again after two weeks.
