My full opinion after 100 hours.
The game is great, but it has flaws, most of which come from it being in very early access. I can't say the game isn't absolutely stunning; I mean, in every way. As always, though, my nitpicks are minor issues.
Like plants, I want more color; this will likely happen as the story progresses. And the fabrication/building feels too fast. I feel like there's no real fabrication happening, which kinda ruins immersion. And yes, I like immersion; it's a survival game, and I want to feel like I'm surviving. Maybe it's because that's how it is in the original and below zero. I also hope they make the shiver not be a cutscene death.
Also, I love water slugs. But who doesn't.
