i have conduct disorder and every person i run into and try to make friends with turn out to be a full raging nazi or racist. can i be friends with people that arent absolute dumbasses?

please help, this is my grandmas birds enclosure.
she has had these birds for years now, everytime i come over to see the birds they freak out like crazy. she says she gives them fruits and vegetables but i never see them eating that. they get no social interaction and scream all day.
