I took out the sectors that are done. They are so good. I’m pretty proud of myself. Thanks to this sub for all the tips and tricks. This is all our beef jerky.

Pearl (withe pupper) and Emerald are two and three months respectively. My girlfriend is worried they are fighting. I’m not so sure but thought I’d come for advice.
