Wit laken voor hr++ glas

Hoi allemaal

Alvast bedankt!

Hr++ glass and white sheets…

Hello all

Just like most people I’m trying to keep some sun out of the house and with another heat wave coming I thought I’d try to tape cut to size pieces of white sheets to my windows. ( no option to use hooks etc)

I am using outside “plastering” tape ( holds up to 60 celcius and should be removable without too much glue left behind). I am however a little worried about thermal fracture as I have hr++ glass. I’d be taping the sheets to the aluminium window frame on the outside, not to the glass but the sheets are quite close to the glass that way…

Anyone that could chime in?

Bonus question:

Is there a problem if I only cover one window in a double set?( one window, two frames with hr++ glass and both can open) .

Thank you!

New 1.2 110 engine

Hello everyone

I’ve been looking at a small city car that won’t break the bank and landed on a c3. As everyone is aware of the dreaded puretech engines I’m wondering if there are some reports on the reliabillity on the new (2024?) 1.2 engine with chain instead of wet belt? Any other cars it was used in I can check for reliabillity?

Thank you!

Hi all

I’m looking into chefs knives and am going down the German/ French/Japanese wormhole… I saw this knife on a show and liked the look of it, seems handy. Anyone who can tell me what kind of Japanese knife this would be? Brand name would be awesome!

Thanks!
