I understand you can get the seasonal pass online. Having said that, the kiosks do not allow you to get a seasonal pass. Basically forcing you to get a day pass. The option to get a seasonal pass is there but doesn't work... There's no way the IT department can get the day pass to work but the seasonal pass not to work unless intentional. It's basically a scam cloaked in error to generate more money.

I waited at subway for 15 minutes for them to finish up an online order before serving me. I'm here now....serve the customer in front of you first. Its annoying what online ordering has become.
