Hiii I’m from out of town and my partner is from Santa Ana just curious what to do for date night ideas out there? I only get to see him on weekends so any sort of recommendations? :)

Gotta renew my drivers license soon and now that the sw dmv is closed for remodeling I am DREADING going to the downtown location bc it’s always so full! 😭 Any less busy ones?

My boyfriend [26m] and I [25f] have been together for 8 months almost 9 and we were “talking” for 8 months before we started dating. We haven’t said I love you yet and honestly I’m feeling a little insecure about it… I’m ready to say it but I’m really nervous to say it first bc I don’t want to make him feel pressured to say it back but also at the same time I don’t want a partner who doesn’t know where he’s at emotionally with me. He had told me that him and his last relationship said it within the four months that they’ve dated and honestly that really broke my heart because I don’t think he’s anywhere near that with me. We are kinda long distance maybe inconvenient distance (3 hours) we only see eachother during the weekends so that might contribute to it but idk. I’m just not really sure how to go about this tbh I think I’m just scared of wasting my time or honestly I’m kinda scared that he thinks he settling? I know it’s unfair to project this on him without even asking him but after hearing about how quickly he and his last partner said it my mind has been filling in the blanks

TLDR: I want to say I love you but I don’t want to accidentally pressure my partner if he’s not there yet BUT I also would want to know where he’s stands in this relationship

Has anyone been to any of their screenings? Are they free or no they don’t seem to be answering tht question in their comments on instagram. I always see them in my feed and I’ve been interested for a while now :D

My bf isn’t from town but visits me regularly, so I’m hoping to show him around more cool LOCAL places! Are there any events or markets going on this weekend, specifically Saturday/Sunday?! I feel like we tend to do the same thing. I’m just wondering what else Bakersfield has to offer because I KNOW there’s cool stuff here. Places with live music? Favorite trails? Yummy local spots?! Favorite thrift or antique stores?! Anything PLEASEUHHHH 😭🙏
