I own E1S1 Aggy and I run her with my E2S1 Cyrene and E1 S5 DDD Tribbie
I'm definitely getting E0 Summer Robin but can't tell if it's worth getting her E1 due to true damage not being recorded
I feel like so much of her E1's power budget gets wasted with E2 Cyrene or E1 Tribbie
Do I still go for E1 with her?

I'm just not so sure about going E1 with her.
Jingliu and Aglaea will be paired either with my E1 Tribbie or E2S1 Cyrene, the problem here is that Summer Robin's E1 doesn't record true damage meaning a good portion of the damage that comes from my true damage supports will be wasted
I'm just not sure if it's worth getting. I'm also saving for Nihilux and Pearl
Would getting Emilie for melt Ganyu be a waste of pull if I have Xilonen in the 4th slot of Nicole&Durin?
Also I already have Chasca's signature, would getting the first great magician be a waste for freeze? I don't know how much of a difference the weapon makes
My account got suspended after getting hacked on july 10th.
The hacker or the bot or whatever spammed advertising scams which caused the suspension.
I can't change my password, can't delete the scam spam posts, appealed like 7 times already and didn't get any help.
Dunno what to do tbh. I refuse to pay money for premium to fix the issue if this is how they handle support.

I still feel traumatised by how many tries it took to reach 241 ER. I was at 234.5% ER prior to that and I was failing to get the burst in Mavuika Melt
It's more than enough if you give Iansan Favonious Lance but I was running Escoffier's signature on her so the overall energy wasn't enough just by a tiny bit
The rotation seems to be working fine on mobile from energy perspective but I still need to execute on pc and pray this was enough
