I know it probably only works temporarily, but because I am considered "lean" in western standards, I have coworkers that ask what I do to stay skinny.

I just tell them that it's entirely due to my vegan diet.

And what do you know? They bring back a vegan lunch!

I know they'll probably revert back but hey, if it means they reduce harm by even 1 meal or support a vegan-friendly cafe for that day, then it's a small win.

Edit: I'm not going around randomly telling people out of nowhere. I tell them when they ask. Am I supposed to lie or something? They probably asked because they already wanted to lose weight, so they would've done it via a non-vegan method anyway.
