Left hip was diagnosed with moderate osteoarthritis. I've been an avid equestrian for most of my life, past few years and this year in particular I've had horrible pain in that hip - I'm meeting with my doctor to discuss later this week. I'm fascinated by whatever my spine is doing up there tho😂
