Sudden electric like pain in testicle after surgery

Hi. So I had bilateral microsurgical varicocelectomy about 2 weeks ago and everything was going normal until last night. I suddenly started feeling dull ache like before in my left testicle and the worst happen. I would get sudden bolts of pain like electric shocks in my left testicle. It has been happening for 7 hours now and I have to constantly hold my balls with one hand to avoid the shock. But the pain is really bad, not continuous but every other minute it feels like someone kicked me in the ball. It starts from incision site (subinguinal) and then exerts some pressure and sudden pain in my testicle. Is this nerve damage or temporary nerve irritation? Really curious if it's testicular torsion but the pain is not continuous but rather intermittent. I'm going to my urologist appointment in few hours but also wanted to know if someone else had this sensation.

11 days Post Bilateral Varicocelectomy

Hi guys. 24M from Pakistan. So I had bilateral microsurgical varicocelectomy 11 days ago and wanted to share my experience.

Right after the surgery, I had soreness in my incision sites but there was not much pain in my testicles. I could walk but only for a minute or two before I would feel the pull on my testicles and would lay down.

After 11 days, there is almost no pain. Only thing that went somewhat wrong is my wound healing, and instead of closing in, my incision wounds started to get open and right now they're very open and I'm confident i have developed some infection as well. My urologist has prescribed me oral antibiotics with an ointment to apply, and also wash my wounds with saline water and then cover with gauze.

Now honestly speaking, I think the recovery is going to take weeks because infection doesn't die down that easily especially when the would is wide open. Let's see how it goes. I'll probably update around 20 days post operation.
