Getting there one fit at a time
Me: Too lazy to go to the gym!
But also me: I need to try the new gym fit I bought.

Started Jan 2, 2026, so Happy monthsary, Gym! 😂
I used to be a casual gym goer. I’m glad I had my younger sister around, who influenced me to lift weights.
I didn’t have a coach when I started, but a coach approached me last Jan 18 and had me take an InBody measurement.
- Jan 18: Weight 64.1kg | Body mass 23.8kg | Fat mass: 20.2kg
- Today: Weight 59.9kg | Body mass 24.5kg | Fat mass: 14.6kg 🤯
I’ve had 3 different programs split in 6 months, trying to find what works best for me. Didn’t take my nutrition seriously until April, when I dropped to 58kg, and everything seemed flat.
Since May, I’ve been maintaining at least 120g protein daily with 1500-1800 calorie intake (cheat days 3x a month or depende sa female cycle, since may cravings talaga during or after leuthal phase)
Split:
M: rest day
T: Glutes + Core
W: Walk 20–30 min
TH: Upper Body
F: Walk 20–30 min
S: Heavy Glutes
S: Glutes + Upper Chest
No shortcuts!
Since the basics are uploaded on this sub for the things I learned, here are my ah-ha! moments instead*:*
