I can’t find a phone number or an email to contact about volunteering.
I am looking at a few locations near me, and one of them only has “design your own plan” “classes.” The other two have “new member orientations.” Would this location really not have anyone to walk me through the machines for an hour? I have no idea what I’m doing if I join this gym, and I just want someone to explain the different areas and show me how to use the machines… I don’t want a workout plan at this time. Thanks.
