How do I install built-in dictionary (Oxford dictionary) in the readest app?

If you have the supported file, please share. Thanks.

3. Location: Currently in Dhaka. I prefer someone who was born and raised in Dhaka. I have no plan to relocate except in Muslim countries with better environment to practice Islam.
