Shelly ink I got the other day

I have always loved the design on Sheoldred, I felt mixing the vibes of Chaos Witch Quelaag with something of H.R. Giger meshed so well. She was always my favorite praetor and I loved the fact we got a super playable version of her in Dominaria United.

Just wanted to share her!

Enlightened Exile and entwine/Spree

For Narset Enlightened Exiles attack trigger, how does she interact with something like Savage Beating and Great Train Heist? Once she casts from exile, am I allowed manually pay the extra costs to get the extra effects or do those whiff?
