Best Vacay Spots (warm weather) for Dec/Jan?

hi yall! i’m starting to plan out me and my boyfriends’ end of year vacation. We’re looking at going around Christmas time as our schedules align best then, but we’re willing to move it to early January.

Does anyone have any recommendations? We definitely want to be on a beach somewhere, and prefer to go international! (We’re in the U.S.)

We’re extremely open and in the research stage, so we’re ready for any suggestions!

We are currently researching Cancun, Punta Cana and Aruba.

We plan to stay for 4 days 3 nights. We do not want to spend more than 4k total including the flights, resort cost, and (hopefully) shopping!

Thanks in advance!!

Budget Templates? Google Sheets or Excel

Hi beautiful people,

Im looking for a budgeting template that is specific for semimonthly paychecks. It's hard for me to budget monthly, and would rather budget each paycheck. Bonus points if it has an aspect where I can see how much I'm able to spend daily

I want to improve my credit score

Hi all. I’m 22, I make 72k a year. I’m paid twice a month, around 2.5k each paycheck.

Debt:

I have 5 credit cards.

Cap1 platinum : $2,947/$3,000 @ 28.99% purchase APR (frozen)
Cap1 quicksilver: $286/$300 @ 28.99% purchase APR
Discover it: $1,368/$1,500 24.49% (frozen)
Credit One: $247/$300 29.74%
Chase freedom unlimited: $1,446/$1,500 0% APR

I have 3 personal loans. I got the loans to help with the credit cards, which clearly was a stupid idea.

Loan 1: $1,939.03 @ 159.32%
Loan 2: $1,882.45 @ 32.22%
Loan 3: $1,477.18 @ 23.99%

I have one auto loan.

$6,470.85 @ 22.39%

I also have student loans but ngl i’m not concerned with those as much as I am everything else.

I want to pay everything off, starting with the personal loans so I can breathe. Does anyone have any *constructive* suggestions?

Insurance Debt Sold to Collector

So I owe Geico almost $300 for the amount of the month I had the insurance. I cancelled my policy the second to last day of the month, after I already paid it for that month. I never paid them the $300 because it made no sense why I owed them more when I already paid for the month. Now, they sent the debt to a debt collector.

My question is, now that the debt is in a third party’s hands, do i have to pay it? I switched policies because it was overly expensive, and I can’t afford it.
