Steamdeck not powering on without charger.
As mentioned in the title, my deck dies when I try to unplug the charger. Initially before this, I had a problem with the charging as well. I noticed that my deck is charging ridiculously slow. For context, my charger uses 15V 3A charger with 65w. It's not the original one but I use this charger to charge both my thinkpad and steamdeck. The steamdeck was charging perfectly fine back then, so I don't know how this happened. Some of the stuffs that I tried when reading similar problems on this subreddit are:
- Drained the battery then charge it for 6-8 hours (it went up 45% only for 6hours)
- Went to battery storage mode (on bios)
- Charging it while shutdown/on desktop
I also tried reseating the battery, which worked for about a day, but then I ran into another issue. I noticed that my USB-C hub keeps on disconnecting from the deck even though the hub works fine with my laptop.
I really thought reseating the battery would work for me, please help me out as I'm running out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Do note that RMA is not an option in my country :<
